蒜香金沙蝦

街市的白蝦最近平了少少,買了一磅,見椒鹽、豉油皇吃得多,小魔鬼細少又不大喜歡,一於整個金沙蝦試試新口味。
材料:
海蝦一磅
蒜粒一湯匙
熟咸蛋黃3
牛油少許
生粉適量
調味:
鹽少許
醃料:
胡椒粉少許
鹽少許
做法:

洗淨蝦剪去槍及腳,開背及肚去腸,用醃料做底味,用手抓勻,拍上生粉,用大熱油半煎炸至九成熟撈起,熟咸蛋黃搓爛,另起鑊下油及牛油至牛油溶及油熱,下熟咸蛋黃及蒜粒炒至起泡 ,下鹽少許,蝦回鑊兜勻至蝦全熟即成。
小小心得:蝦如用用油炸,效果更佳,牛油咸蛋黃易燶,宜用小火。

  7. 以前唔知,以為啲咸蛋黃係蝦膏。雖則話呢味菜唔多健康,但俾我見到,一於唔理咁多,食咗至算!
